Kintsugi Disability Support Network's Management Team

Dianna Hansen, CODSN Executive Director
Dianna J. Hansen, Co-Founder, Executive Director
Dianna is the co-founder and executive director of the Central Oregon Disability Support Network which includes the family networks in Klamath, Harney, Baker, Crook, Jefferson and Deschutes Counties.  In addition to being active on several local and state boards, she is a 2010 graduate of Partners in Policy Making, Past Chair of the State Interagency Coordinating Council and a certified Person Centered Plan Facilitator. Dianna’s professional experience includes many different areas in the business management, marketing and accounting fields.

Dianna’s passion in the field was fostered when her and her husband’s third child was born with a developmental disability.  Dianna strives to support, advocate for, educate and equip Individuals, families and professionals in the field of disability.

Jenny Cavarno, Program Director

Jenny is the mother of three children. Her eldest son experiences a development disability. Jenny’s son graduated high school in 2014 with an extended diploma and completed three years in his district’s community transition program. At 21 he started his first paid job with supported employment. Jenny has many years of experience in advocacy both in the medical and educational field that has led her to have a voice not only for her son but also for Oregon families and their children that experience disability. Often her advocacy work has taken her to meetings at the state level and across Oregon to share her perspective as a family member. Jenny is a graduate of Partners in Policy making in Oregon. Jenny is passionate in her work and believes that all people have the right to a happy and fulfilled whole life.

Jennifer Williams, Program Coordinator
Jennifer was born and raised in southern California and lived there up until moving to eastern Oregon in 1989. Since then she has been active in her community through involvement with her church serving as a Sunday School teacher and treasurer. She has also been active in Harney Partners for Kids and Families, Youth Changing Their Community, Silvies River Charter School, ROCCO’S Family Network and she is the founder of Crossroads Ranch of Harney County Equine Therapy Center.

She was brought into the world of disabilities when her son Arly suffered a severe brain injury as the result of a car accident in 2014. That is when she became an advocate for people with disabilities and when the desire to bring her community along side of those who have differences at birth.
